The Children's Liturgy of the Word takes place each Sunday at the 10:00 am Mass. Just before the first reading, The celebrant invites all children (ages approximately 3-10) to come to the altar to be led to a back room to participate in the liturgy at their level. Two adult volunteers lead the children in that week's gospel, a discussion and activity. The children also sing songs and say prayers before returning to the main body of the church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Parents are always welcome to join their children at the Children's Liturgy. We are always looking for new adults interested in serving as a volunteer leader approximately once every six weeks.
